Change Your Mind? Picked the Wrong Size? No Worries!

As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and the tags are intact, we offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We offer free returns and exchanges for store credit on all orders up to 30 days after delivery. We'll even provide the shipping labels.

  • To kick off an exchange, shoot us an email at catsofcapeann@gmail.com with the subject line: "EXCHANGE Order # (Your Order Number Here)."

  • Returns and exchanges are only cool if the item is in brand-new, unworn condition with the tags still on. Make sure the apparel is free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and cat hair (though we get it, cat hair is everywhere).

  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original items aren't in new condition.

  • Give us up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange once it gets to us. We'll hit you up with an email once it's all sorted.

  • Heads up, we don't refund the original shipping charge.
