REFUND POLICY

At COCA Apparel, we want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your item and whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

  • Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (may take a few days to post)

  3. Contact your bank to check for processing delays

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a gift code.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item without using our return label:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
