As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags intact, we offer:

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.

  • Free exchanges and store credit returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery

  • Return labels are provided by us for domestic orders

  • Items must be in brand new condition with tags attached

  • Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and pet hair

  • We reserve the right to adjust store credit if items are returned in unsellable condition

  • Processing time: Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our facility for your return/exchange to be completed

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We'll send over your return label and walk you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • Packages without order identification may experience longer processing times

  • We recommend returning with tracking, insurance, and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is complete

  • COCA Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments if you provide your own label

International, FPO & APO Returns (Purchased from USA Website)

If you're returning from outside the U.S., or from a FPO/APO address, please use your own pre-paid label to ship items back. Be sure to include a note in the package with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Whether you want a size/style exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method
